Erika Cuevas

I am true believer in the intelligence of the body and its health seeking nature.
I have been passionate about the healing arts for many years and always drowned to the more subtle ways of healing. So I felt a strong call to Craniosacral Therapy.
In 2024 I finished my training as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist through Body Intelligence and it has changed my life in many different ways, in my case not in a huge outside display, but in a deeper, slow moving tide that has been supporting me in expanding into deeper consciousness of who I am.
I really love to share this practice because I believe in the power of deep presence and I am looking forward to sit with you.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on healing practice that works with the subtle rhythms of the body’s nervous system, particularly the movement of cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Using light touch, a practitioner helps release tension patterns held deep within the tissues, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance. Often experienced as deeply calming, craniosacral therapy can help reduce stress, ease chronic pain, improve sleep, and restore a sense of overall well-being, making it a powerful complement to both physical and emotional healing journeys.
