Kassandra Schwabenbauer
Kassandra Schwabenbauer is the founder of Wild Living Wellness, and a trauma-informed holistic wellness practitioner devoted to guiding others back into connection with their bodies, breath, and inner rhythm. With a background as a Registered Massage Therapist, certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator, her work weaves together science, somatics, and soul. Rooted in the belief that wellness is something we remember rather than force, she creates spaces through intentional movement, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system education that invite people to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing and resilience. Her work is deeply influenced by seasonal living, encouraging alignment with nature’s rhythms and the shifts of the moon as a way to support the body, energy, and inner awareness. With a deep understanding of how to nourish the body through purposeful movement, she supports strength, mobility, and a felt sense of wholeness from the inside out. Breathwork sits at the heart of her practice, bridging the physical and emotional body, while functional movement, fascia-informed care, and gentle herbal support are weaved in to deepen the experience. Through both educational and experiential offerings, she provides accessible, nourishing tools that continue to support individuals long after they leave her space.

The Gentle Reset - Breathwork Session
This gentle, grounding breathwork session is designed to regulate the nervous system and bring you back into a state of calm, connection, and inner steadiness. Beginning with 3-part breath and moving into 4-7-8 breath, heart coherence breathing, and diaphragmatic breathing, this practice works with the physiology of the breath to support relaxation and emotional balance. Slow, rhythmic breathing patterns stimulate the vagus nerve and increase heart rate variability, both of which are key markers of nervous system regulation and resilience. As the breath deepens into the diaphragm, oxygen exchange becomes more efficient, muscle tension begins to soften, and the body receives signals of safety. Each breath builds upon the next, gently guiding the system out of stress states and into a more regulated, present experience. This is a nourishing space to reconnect, soften, and feel held within your body.

40 Minute Massage Sessions
Kassandra will be offering a limited number of 40-minute massage sessions from 10am–1pm, creating a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the body. Each session is intuitively guided and can be tailored to either a full body relaxation massage or a focused facial massage, including the neck and shoulders. Rooted in a trauma-informed and holistic approach, her treatments are designed to support nervous system regulation, release tension, and invite a deeper sense of ease and presence. Aromatherapy and intentionally crafted herbal-infused oils are thoughtfully incorporated to elevate the experience, enhancing relaxation and deepening the body’s sense of care. With only three spaces available, these sessions offer a quiet, nourishing pause within the rhythm of the day.
