Heart-Centered Self-Love Meditation & Workshop

This gentle, heart-centered workshop invites participants into deeper connection with themselves through guided meditation, reflection, and shared presence. Together we will explore self-love not as a concept, but as a lived, embodied experience.

Through guided meditation and simple reflective practices, participants will be invited to soften self-judgment, reconnect with inner compassion, and cultivate a more loving relationship with their own heart.

Loving, Dying, and Letting Go

Inspired by my training with the Birth, Breath, and Death Institute, this workshop explores dying and letting go as natural, sacred parts of the human experience.

Together we will gently reflect on mortality, grief, and the art of release, not in a heavy way, but in a way that invites tenderness, honesty, and connection. Through reflective writing, creative expression, and compassionate conversation, participants will be supported in exploring how awareness of death can deepen our capacity to love and live more fully.

This offering creates a safe and compassionate space for meaningful conversation and inner exploration around one of life’s most profound transitions.
