Heart-Centered Self-Love Meditation & Workshop in Nature
This gentle, heart-centered workshop invites participants into deeper connection with themselves through guided meditation, reflection, and shared presence. We will gather outside and allow the natural world to support and regulate our nervous systems as we turn inward.
Together we will explore self-love not as a concept, but as a lived, embodied experience. Through meditation and simple reflective practices, participants will be invited to soften self-judgment, reconnect with inner compassion, and cultivate a more loving relationship with their own heart.

Loving, Dying, and Letting Go, Meditation & Workshop in Nature
Inspired by my training with the Birth, Breath, and Death Institute, this outdoor workshop explores dying and letting go as natural parts of the human experience. Gathering outside, we will reflect on mortality, grief, and the cycles of life while being supported by the grounding presence of the earth.
Through reflective writing, creative expression, and compassionate conversation, participants will explore how awareness of death can deepen our capacity to love and live more fully.
